Locovores
A locovore is someone who eats food that was grown locally. So basically locovores only eat food that is in season. If they want something that is out of season they would not go purchase it elsewhere. I think that being a locovore would be a good thing because you know where your food come from. You don't have to read labels that tells you that it was shipped from somewhere on the other side of the country. I am not a locovore since I shop at the supermarket. Also, locally grown food is safer to eat and much healthier to eat. People who are locovores are much healthier than others.

ReplyDeleteI agree with you. Being a locovore would be more healthier and a better option for all of us. Locally grown food taste better as well. Yes, it would be scary to not know where your food comes from, it makes me more aware as well.
